| Dr. John R. "Randy" Underwood, Sr. Consultant, is with Pendulum Energy, and has approximately 20 years of natural gas-related experience. Dr. Underwood held a variety of management and analytical positions with Tenneco Gas and Texas Eastern Transmission. He has broad experience in rates, regulatory affairs, corporate planning, reserves, marketing, market research, gas supply attachment programs and the development of capital investment programs. Dr. Underwood left Tenneco Gas in 1993. Dr. Underwood has provided expert testimony in FERC proceedings and at state-level public utility commissions. He has represented LDC's in a variety of issues involving rates, regulatory affairs, gas supply contracts and gas cost. Dr. Underwood has worked with LDC's and pipelines in developing supply plans for effective utilization of gas supply, storage and transportation contracts in the post-Order 636 environment. Dr. Underwood has developed and taught rate and regulatory classes for a variety of clients. Dr. Underwood has performed extensive buyout opportunities of South American pipelines and distribution systems for Tenneco Gas. He worked very closely with Mr. R.C. Thomas (past CEO and President of Tenneco Gas) in preparing the 1989 AGA Gas Supply Report and represented Tenneco Gas in the Energy Modeling Forum No. 9. |
